出口水产品质量安全追溯体系建设探析

水产品质量安全追溯体系是指以追溯为主要手段而设计的水产品质量安全监管体系。基于国内生产环境和国外进口要求等多方面现实原因,同时随着国内食品安全意识的增强和国际出口水产品技术壁垒的增加,建立出口水产品质量安全追溯体系必要且可行。出口水产品质量安全追溯体系包括质量安全追溯系统、追溯信息平台、终端监管查询三部分,通过对出口水产品企业在基地选择、种植养殖、生产加工、包装、储存、监装等所有环节每一个环节信息的搜集,实行从基地生产到出口所有数据、信息、图像集中,实现对出口水产品全过程的有效监管。出口水产品质量安全追溯体系必须依托有关企业良好的质量管理体系来构建,在出入境检验检疫主管部门的监控下运行。

Preliminary study on the quality safe traceability system of aquatic products

The quality safe traceability system of aquatic products refers to the quality safe supervision system in which retrospective has been designed as the main methods.Based on domestic production and foreign import requirements,and for many other practical reasons,the establishment of export aquatic products quality safe traceability system becomes necessary and feasible.The quality safe traceability system of export aquatic products is formed by three parts, including quality safe traceability system,tracing information platform and terminal regulatory inquiries,through the three procedures,all information and images from production to export were gathered,achieving the effective whole process regulation of export aquatic products.The building of quality safe traceability system of aquatic products relies on good corporate quality management and effective supervision of entry-exit inspection and quarantine department.
