| 摘 要： | ＂十一五＂期间,我国克服了经济过热、国际金融危机冲击、严重自然灾害、物价持续上涨等多重困难,国民经济保持了平稳较快发展,综合经济实力不断提升,财政收入①结构也发生了相应调整。本文通过对＂十一五＂期间新疆伊犁州直财政收入规模和结构变化的分析,揭示地方财政收入结构存在的深层次问题,并找出解决的途径。

| Abstract: | After overcoming the strike of international financial crisis,the overheated economy,serious natural disasters,inflation and other difficulties,China maintained the steady and fast economic development,enhanced the comprehensive economic strength,and changed the fiscal revenue structure during the period of Eleventh Five-Year Plan.This paper analyzed the deep-rooted problems of local revenue structure and put forward solutions. |
