| 摘 要： | 塔塔尔族是我国人数较少民族之一,其聚居区生计转型与可持续发展关系到民族团结平等与社会和谐。农村改革以来,塔塔尔族聚居区传统的牧猎生计方式遇到了前所未有的挑战;而与此同时,随着融入现代化发展的进程,又为其经济、社会发展带来了新的机遇。本文首先对生计转型与可持续发展的关系进行了理论阐述;然后对塔塔尔族聚居区的基本概况和生计转型面临的困境,以及生计转型与可持续发展的有利条件进行了分析;最后提出了其发展思路与对策建议。
