西部农村返贫的制度根源及市场化创新方向

从制度变迁的路径依赖性的视角来看,客观条件限制导致的交易费用偏高使西部农村经济制度均衡于传统农业经济形态的路径依赖性是返贫的根本原因,而现有反贫制度的根本缺陷及其路径依赖性是返贫的直接原因,因此,以市场化为核心的反贫制度创新应成为未来扶贫创新的方向.

The system rootstock and marketability innovation direction of poverty backtracking in west rural region

From the angle of path dependence of system evolution, this paper holds that the basic reason of poverty backtracking in west rural region is path dependence that west rural economic system is balanced by traditional agricultural economic form because of higher transaction cost limited by objective condition, that the direct reason for the poverty backtracking is basic shortcomings of current antl-poverty system and its path dependence and points out anti-poverty system innovation direction based on the core of marketability.
