| Abstract: | At present, China＇s construction enterprises are participating in international engineering project contracting and project management growingly. In this regard, it is necessary to set up programmed, standardized and institutionalized management system on local employees. The article explains the experiences of local employee management in international engineering projects, for the reference of the peers. |
