摘    要:南通节制闸地处长江下游江苏省南通市主城区,是一座以引江灌溉为主、兼顾防洪排涝及城市水体置换的大(Ⅱ)型水工建筑物。南通节制闸自动化监控系统是该闸控制运行现代化的核心,文章对PCS7在该闸启闭监控系统中的成功应用,包括平台的建立、闸控信号的采集与控制、组态以及上下游水(潮)位数据与南通市防汛决策中心联网等予以探讨,以满足该闸管理现代化的要求。

Abstract:Nantong Sluice ,located in the main urban area of Nantong City and the downstream of the Yangtze River,is a large (II) type hydraulic structure mainly designed for river diverting for irrigation ,flood control, drainage and city water replacement.The automatic monitoring system of Nantong sluice is the core of the sluice control operation modernization.The successful application of PCS 7 in sluice monitoring system, including platform establishment , signal collection and control of the sluice , configuration as well as the connection of upper and lower water ( tidal ) data and the Nantong city flood control and decision center network,are discussed so as to meet the requirements of management modernization .
