| 摘 要： | 由于生产关系的变革,人类对自然环境的破坏日益严重,生态与环境问题已日益成为制约社会和经济可持续发展的关键问题,要使环境问题得到根本有效地解决,除了技术、政策、法规等方面的措施外,还应通过调整生产关系来促进生态环境的有效治理,为人类的生存与发展创造一个优美的生态环境.

| Abstract: | As the evolution of the relations of production and the politics and others building on the different economic base, The evolution human destroy environment more and more serious day after day.The question of the biology and the circumstance has been the key question that restrict may-lasting development of the society and economy. If we want effectively to solve these question, we should correct the relation of the production to promote this effective circumstance harness besides stechnology policy and rule. Let's build a comfortable environment for our existence and development. |
