| 摘 要： | 宪政源于资产阶级革命。但正像市场经济一样，宪政不姓资。资产阶级可以搞宪政，社会主义同样可以搞宪政。社会主义法治建设没有任何理由排斥宪政。排斥宪政的社会主义与封建专制只有一步之遥。

| Abstract: | Constitutional government was from the propertied class revolution.Just like the market economy,the constitutional government is not the patent of propertied class.The capitalism has the constitutional government,the socialism can also has its own constitutional government.It does not has any reason to repel the constitutional government to construct socialism law. There is only one-step between the socialism that repelling the constitutional government and the feudalism. |
