| 摘 要： | 银行承兑汇票以其承兑性强、灵活性高、贴现率低以及较为便捷等优势而广受银企的认可。随其业务的发展,风险也逐步显现并且形式呈现多样化。分析了银行承兑汇票风险的表现及成因,提出了有效规避银行承兑汇票各环节风险的建议。

| Abstract: | Bank acceptance bills are widely recognized by commercial banks and corporations for their strong acceptance,flexible,low discount rate,more convenient and other advantages.With the development of bank acceptance bills,the risk is also gradually emerging and diversified forms.The paper analysed its representations and actors meticulously,so that put forward effective proposals to prevent the risks of each tache of bank acceptance bills. |
