| 摘 要： | 1998年至2010年,我国的一期天然林保护工程已经完成。政府决定实施二期天然林保护工程。本文以中国现行的主要林业政策为基础,从营林政策、木材采伐与运输政策、木材加工与利用政策三个方面,构建对天然林保护工程实施效果的评价指标体系,为二期天保工程的实施提供理论支撑和建议。
