摘    要:酒店的个性化服务作为一种超越酒店常规服务的服务,不仅在酒店业中日益占据重要的地位,也逐渐成为酒店在激烈的市场竞争中最具有优势的武器之一。文章介绍了酒店个性化服务的概念、种类及特点,提出了实施个性化服务的对策,以期对增强酒店竞争力,加快酒店业的发展有所借鉴。

Abstract:As a service beyond normal hotel services, individualized service in hotels not only has dominated its important position in hotel industry, but also growingly become a weapon with great advantages in market competitions. The article introduces the concept, categories and characteristics of hotel individualized service, and puts forward the countermeasures for implementing this service, which is meaningful to hotel's competitiveness and to promote the development of hotel industry.
