| Abstract: | Virtual enterprise is considered one of the main organization and management modes of enterprises in the 21st century.As a new organization and management mode, virtual enterprise fixes on the horizontal management and the cooperative network type institutional framework form among enterprises. In order to run normally, virtual enterprise must make each member enterprise have their key ability complementary and form perfect information,knowledge, logistics and agreement network among member enterprises. This paper discusses the operation foundation of virtual enterprise .It offers good reference to the development of virtual enterprise in our country. |
