| 摘 要： | 政府采购支持自主创新是政府增强国内企业自主创新能力的重要政策措施之一，该措施的顺利实施必然要求政府建立企业自主创新能力评价体系，以对不同企业的自主创新实力和潜力进行评价。本文基于企业自主创新能力与研发能力、生产能力和营销能力的关系，构建了基于政府采购支持自主创新目的的企业自主创新能力评价指标体系。

| Abstract: | Through government procurement to support enterprise’s independent innovation is one of important policies to enhance enterprise’s innovation ability,the smooth implementation of which depends on the construction of the evaluation system of enterprise’s independent innovation ability.Considering the relationship between enterprise’s independent innovation ability and the abilities in R&D,production and marketing,it constructs the evaluation system of independent innovation ability of enterprise from the perspective of government procurement supporting. |
