| Abstract: | The paper argues that excessive peer competition strategy targeting at similar markets and consumers may explain why Changzhou's open economy stays in a disadvantaged position and lags behind.Then the paper,from the perspective of feature industries,proposes how to build up an innovation mechanism in Changzhou's open economy. |
