| 摘 要： | 文章论述了江泽民素质教育思想的主要内容:1)素质教育是促使学生全面发展的教育;2)教育“减负”和学生健康成长关系科教兴国;3)素质教育重在培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。江泽民素质教育思想为我国在新世纪教育发展指明了方向。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the three main points of Jiang Ze-min' s theory of quality education: ① Quality education ensures that students develop in an all-round way. ② To lighten the students' burden is of great importance to both students' healthy growth and China' s fast development. ③Quality education stresses on cultivating students'creative ability. The author believes that the theory is the guidelies for China's educational development in 21st century. |
