| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村,是实现城市和农村经济社会协调发展的根本途径。在建设社会主义新农村的战略要求下,现行农村金融体系需要积极地进行变革和创新,学习国外经验,从而尽快形成完善的新型农村金融体系,以此满足日益增长的农村金融需求。
