以岗位群为导向的能力教学探讨

摘    要:该文认为高职酒店管理专业的出路是实行以岗位群为导向,以职业能力为基础的教学改革,根据能力要求设计岗位模块,按照岗位模块设计课程.文章通过对能力体系所需能力与知识技能分析,提出酒店管理专业教学的指导思想应是以酒店企业对人才的知识、能力和素质的需要为依据,以提高人才培养质量为目的,以人才培养模式改革为重点,以就业为导向,推动课程体系的改革.

Abstract:The author holds that the bright future of the Hotel Management Major is based on the teaching reform guided by post group and centered on professional abilities.In addition,the reform has to focus on designing post modules according to the requirement of abilities and arranging subjects in light of post modules.This paper puts forward the teaching guidelines that the cultivation of abilities and qualities should be taken as the most important.
