| 摘 要： | 企业获得长期成功所依赖的核心能力根源于企业的创新活动.企业的创新活动直接促进了企业核心能力的形成、发展、维护和再发展.创新活动使得企业的生存能力大大增强,本文以某企业为实例,详细分析了该企业的管理创新活动,并强调了管理创新在企业管理中的重要性.

| Abstract: | The core competencies leading enterprises to long-term success rely on the innovative activities of enterprises,and which in turn directly promotes the formation,development,protection and redevelopment of the core competencies of enterprises.Further more,innovation activities greatly enhance the viability of enterprises.This paper,taking an enterprise as an example,analyzes its management of innovation activities in detail,and stresses the importance of management innovation in enterprise management. |
