| 摘 要： | 根据社会对物流应用型本科人才需求的基本规律,分析人才需求变量与供给之间的关系,提出了人才培养方案构建的哲学理念。按照工业生产的基本特征,提出了人才培养方案制订的基本依据,并从人才培养的变化过程分析了人才培养方案的基本架构与内涵,最后,提出了人才培养方案实施的措施。
