| 摘 要： | 学术界对企业多元化的争论一直没有停止过,本文通过对企业多元化经营价值和成本的深入分析,阐述了中国企业多元化动因与我国国有企业的体制相关,认为多元化经营会损害企业价值。为提升企业的价值,集中化经营是最好的选择。

| Abstract: | There are a lot of debates on the diversifica- tion by scholars.This paper analyzes the value and cost of corporate diversification based on some recent studies,and analyzes the relevance of causality of corporate diversification with the communal system.The consensus is that corporate diversification harms the firms value.Hence,the best choice for the listing company in China is specialized management so as to enhance the firm's value. |
