| 摘 要： | 在现代商品交易活动中，赊销、分期付款已成为非常普遍的交易方式，在这种交易方式中如何保护出卖人利益成为合同法理论和实践中的重要课题。本通过对合同法第134条关于所有权保留制度的阐述，论述了所有权保留的含义、客体、登记及当事人权利义务等内容，希对买卖合同实务有积极的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In modern activities of goods transactions, selling on credit and installment have been of the common way of transaction. In this transaction, how to protect the interests of sellers has become an important subject in the contract law in theory and practice. On the basis of elaborating the system of ownership reservation about article 134 of contract law, this paper describes many contents of ownership reservation, such as its definition, object, registration and litigant's rights and obligations, etc. The author hopes that there will be positive guidance significance for the practice of deal contract. |
