浅谈反学校文化及校园文化建设中的应对策略

反文化即指某些团体试图分享社会价值,却不断受到严重挫折,起而反抗并以推翻现有文化规范或价值体系为目标的一种亚文化,它在校园中体现为反学校文化。它主要受到社会变迁、家庭背景、学校弊病、同辈群体的影响,这就需要我们从树立以"学生为本"的校园文化建设理念,坚持"面向全体"的校园文化建设原则,突出校园文化的"渗透功能"三个方面来遏制反校园文化的负面影响。
