| 摘 要： | 长吉图开放合作区包括吉林省中东部的长春、吉林和图们江地区这一片相连的带状区域,区域总面积3万平方公里,人口约970万,经济总量占到了吉林省的70%以上。实施"长吉图开放合作区"战略,充分发挥了吉林省最具潜力的开放优势、有能量的经济增长优势及最具魅力的资源优势,它是在国家实施振兴东北老工业基地的战略背景下,吉林省谋求对外发展的新举措。
