| 摘 要： | 金融危机的全球蔓延降低了我国经济增长的外部需求,虽然全球经济正在缓慢恢复,但对我国经济发展产生了诸多不利的影响。在当前这种经济背景下,大力加强基础设施建设投资,将有利于刺激内需,对于现阶段拉动国内经济的增长具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The global spread of financial crisis reduced the external demand for China's economic growth.Although the global economy is slowly recovering,China's economic development has been adversely affected.Under the current economic context,strengthening infrastructure construction investment will help to stimulate domestic demand and has important practical significance in the current domestic economic growth. |
