| 摘 要： | 2008年金融危机席卷全球,对世界经济造成重挫,各国纷纷以积极财政政策和数量化货币政策的搭配,配合产业政策的调整来拯救本国经济。其中,美国"再工业化"战略引人注目。这就要求我们对"再工业化"战略进行剖析,并与我国战略性新兴产业战略进行比较。

| Abstract: | The global financial crisis in 2008 had serious attack on the world economy.Countries have mixed active fiscal policy and monetary policy and adjusted industrial policy to save their economies.Among them,the re-industrialization strategy in the United States has caught eyes.This requires us to the author analyses the re-industrialization strategy and compares it with the strategic emerging industrial strategy in China. |
