| 摘 要： | 对 "工时池"管理模式进行了系统分析,深入研究了"工时池"满容量的精确确定方法,并介绍了该模式在工作分析、绩效考评与薪酬管理等方面的应用.一线员工的工作效率直接影响企业经营效益与竞争力,"工时池"管理模式可以提高工作效率,并对其工作量实行精确配置,调整和优化岗位的设置.
