国有商业银行助推金融生态环境建设策略研究

当前,金融生态环境建设越来越受到社会各界广泛关注。国有商业银行作为我国现代市场经济的重要组成部分和金融生态环境的重要因素,加快推进金融生态环境建设责无旁贷。本文深入研究分析了国有商业银行加快推进金融生态环境建设的重要意义和当前的制约因素,提出了国有商业银行必须深化内部改革,加强金融生态环境研究,健全风险控制机制,增强自身生态调节功能;同时要充分发挥金融主体作用,积极推动社会信用体系建设和法制环境的改善,全面优化金融生态环境。

Strategy of Our State-Owned Commercial Banks to Promote the Construction of Financial-Eco Environment

At present, construction of a financial-eco environment is increasingly noted by the society as a whole. As an important component of our modern market economy and a weighty part in our financial- eco environment, state-owned commercial banks are obliged to make their due contributions. In this paper, the importance of state-owned commercial banks in this drive is elucidated and the current system constraint is discussed. It is stated that state-owned commercial banks should deepen internal reform, intensify the study of financial-eco environment, improve risk control mechanism, better the function of self-adjustment and at the same time, play their role fully as financial institutions, actively promote the construction of social credibility and legal environment and optimize financial-eco environment in an all-round way.
