| 摘 要： | 《招投标法》为合理低价中标原则提供了法律依据。实现建筑工程项目投标原则竞争中合理低价中标原则需要对现行建筑产品的计价模式进行改革。章分析了现行建筑产品计价模式的不足，借鉴国际通用作法，对建筑产品实行市场定价提出建议。
