| 摘 要： | 主要论述了“三个代表”重要思想和如何坚持与时俱进,开拓创新的精神。即：坚持与时俱进是坚持党的思想路线的根本体现;坚持与时俱进是马克思主义的理论品质和内在要求;坚持与时俱进精神是深刻理解“三个代表”重要思想的体现。在此基础上,进一步阐述了把发展作为第一要务,与时俱进,不断开创我院工作新局面的问题。
