| 摘 要： | 地方政府在研究和制定区域产业政策时，选择、培育主导产业和引导、调整支柱产业是一项极其复杂和科学的工作。主导产业和支柱产业在许多方面有共同之处，但在视角、产业周期、目标利益等方面有巨大的区别，辨析和区分区域主导产业和支柱产业的内涵，对于科学研究和制定区域产业政策具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | When local governments are studying and deciding the industrial policies in an area, choosing and developing leading industries and guiding and adjusting supporting industries are complex work. . Leading industries and supporting industries have many aspects in common. But there are great differences in viewing angle, production period and target benefit. It is very important to discriminate and analyze the conception of leading and supporting industries in scientifically studying and deciding industrial policies. |
