| 摘 要： | 以就业为导向，提高高职学生的就业竞争力，加强培养的力度，这是高职院校面临的重要课题。本文由此出发，探讨了高职院校学生就业的现状，分析其就业难的原因，提出高职学生应具备的核心技能，及高职院校可以采取的相应对策。

Based on the existing situation of students' employment and analyzing the causes of low employment rate, this paper presents the core skills required of students and the corresponding countermeasures. |
