气体雾化喷嘴在悬臂式掘进机上的应用

摘    要:本文针对目前综掘工作面粉尘防治的重要性,介绍了悬臂式掘进机常用的喷雾降尘方法,分析了其在实际生产中的优缺点,通过对气体雾化灭尘机理的研究,提出将气体雾化喷嘴应用于掘进机外喷雾的方案,结合工程实例,取得了良好的降尘效果。

Abstract:Aiming at the importance of comprehensive tunneling working face dust control, this paper introduces the cantilever machine spray dust methods and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages in practical production. Through the study of gas atomization mechanism of dust extinguishing, it puts forward applying gas atomizalinn nozzle to spray outside the machine. Combined with practical engineering, good effect has been obtained.
