| Abstract: | Governing without interruption is not doing nothing, ＂nothing＂ is a kind of ＂something＂, is reflected in not disturbing, not to compete with the people and in the imitation of nature philosophy. This is not only benevolent, but the rule of wisdom. Today the world is changing rapidly, but governing without interruption is still an important concept of governance and should continue to enrich its new meaning in the new era. |
