数控铣床加工精度评估技术探讨

摘    要:在利用数控铣床进行生产加工的时候,时常会出现加工精度异常的情况,而保证加工的精度是生产中很重要的因素。由于此类故障的难度比较大并且十分的隐蔽,因此就需要采用许多先进的技术对其进行评估。论文主要对数控铣床加工中出现的精度问题进行研究,并且简要的分析了几种对加工精度进行评估的技术。希望对提高其检测的精确程度提供一定的帮助。

Abstract:When using CNC milling machines for production and processing, abnormal situation of machining accuracy is often appeared, while ensuring machining accuracy is a very important factor in production. Because the failure difficulty is relatively large and very subtle, many advanced technologies need to be used for assessment. This paper mainly researches the machining accuracy problems in CNC milling machines, and simply analyzes several assessment techniques for machining accuracy, hopes to provide some help to improve the testing accuracy.
