人力资源管理对企业的重要性

摘    要:作为知识经济时代的21世纪,信息技术传播和发展是以知识经济为核心的。人作为知识、信息以及技术等生产资料来源的介质,生产和宣扬知识的人力资源能够代替企业家手中的资金变成最主要的战略性资源,即在激烈的竞争中,要想占据绝对的优势,必须拥有最优秀的人力资源。本文通过介绍人力资源管理的含义、人力资源价值链的管理阐述了人力资源管理对企业的重要性,最终为如何做好企业的人力资源管理提出了相关的几点意见。

Abstract:21 century is the era of knowledge economy. Knowledge economy is the core of the dissemination and development of information technology. Human is the media of knowledge, information and technology and other production material source. Human resources can replace the entrepreneurs funds and become the most important strategic resources. That is to say in the keen competition, in order to occupy the absolute advantage, the best human resources are essential. This paper expounds the importance of human resources management through introduction of the meaning of human resources management and human resource value chain management, and finally puts forward some relevant suggestions on how to do a good job in human resources management of enterprises.
