| 摘 要： | 本文借鉴平衡计分卡思想,结合地质灾害救援管理的目标和流程,设计了基于平衡计分卡的地质灾害风险管理绩效评价体系,旨在通过该绩效评价工具来完善和优化救援流程,调整和优化救援方式提供途径和方法,为我国地质灾害风险管理工作的开展提供参考。
