| 摘 要： | 在建筑行业快速发展的同时,由于建筑施工和管理方面尚不够成熟使得建筑工程的质量存在着一些通病,建筑工程发生渗漏或者是建筑发生裂缝。笔者结合多年的建筑施工经验,对建筑工程质量通病的原因进行剖析并提出了一些防治对策。
