摘    要:本文结合国内外1000MW等级超临界机组的设计经验,经分析论证,提出了电厂三大蒸汽管道疏水采用温差信号(蒸汽过热度)来代替负荷信号控制三大蒸汽管道疏水阀的启闭的方案,该方案不仅具有更好的安全可靠性,同时还实现了工程的节能减排。

Abstract:Combined with the design experience of 1000MW supercritical units at home and abroad, and through analysis and demonstration, this paper proposes a program that three hydrophobic steam pipes of power plant using temperature difference signal (steam superheating degree) instead of load signal to control the opening and closing of traps. The program not only has better security and reliability, but also achieve the energy saving project.
