低压涡轮导向器叶片更换工艺研究

摘    要:针对某型飞机发动机低压涡轮导向器叶片出现的严重裂纹、烧蚀现象,本文提出修理方案:采用电火花切割法,切除故障叶片,再使用氩弧焊接法将完好的叶片焊接到低压涡轮导向器组件上,此修理工艺避免了更换整台低导组件,大大节省了发动机修理成本。

Abstract:As for the serious cracks and ablations of low pressure turhine guide vanes of a aircraft engine, this paper raised a repair scheme tor those defects, that is apply spark cutting technology to remove the defected vanes, and then apply argon are welding technology to weld tile vanes in good condition to the low pressure turbine guide assembly. This repair technology avoids to replace the whole low pressure turbine guide assembly for a new one, and greatly reduce the engine repair cost.
