高铝空心微珠在摩擦材料领域的应用前景分析

摘    要:本文通过分析高铝空心微珠的物理、化学性质,列举了高铝空心微珠在填料中特别是在摩擦材料中的优异性能,指出将高铝空心微珠作为填料加入摩擦片,能够提高摩擦片的耐磨性、绝缘性和耐腐蚀性,适合在摩擦材料填料中推广使用。

Abstract:Through the analysis of physical, chemical properties of high aluminum eenosphere, this paper cited the high aluminum ceuosphere in the filling partieularly excellent performanee in friction materials, pointed out that the high ah,ninum hollow beads as filler can improve the friction plate, friction plate abrasion resistance, insulation and corrosion resistance, and suitable for use in friction material filler.
