质量流量计在油田稠油区块产液计量中的应用探讨

锦州油田稠油区块普遍采用蒸汽吞吐采油方式,产出液含水高,携砂严重。质量流量计由于测量管内无直接与介质接触的活动部件,不需要频繁拆卸维修、标定,计量稳定性增加,计量精度提高,可以长期连续运行,所以尤其适合在油田稠油区块高含水、出砂严重的井站使用。

Application of Mass Flowmeter in Produced Fluids Metering of Heavy Oil Block

Heavy oil block of Jinzhou oilfield commonly used cyclic steam stimulation mode, produced fluids have high water contents, serious carrying sand situation. Mass flowmeter do not require frequent disassembly, maintenance and calibration due to it has not moving parts in direct contact with the media in the measuring tube, measurement stability is increased, measurement accuracy is improved and can long-term continuous operation, therefore particularly suitable for wells stations with high water contents and serious carrying sand situation in heavy oil block.
