陕西省职业技能鉴定工作现状及存在问题分析

经过数十年的发展,虽然陕西省的职业技能鉴定工作取得了一定的成绩,但是仍旧存在很多问题。本文通过调查陕西省范围内的职业技能工作现状,通过对比分析发现了在目前工作环节中存在的一系列问题,同时针对这些问题进行了有针对性的分析。

Analysis of Present Situation and Existing Problems of Professional Skill Identification in Shaanxi Province

After decades of development, although Shaanxi province occupation skill appraisal work has achieved certain results, there are still many problems. In this paper, through the investigation of occupation skill work present situation in Shaanxi Province, through comparative analysis it found a series of problems in the work process, and analyzed at these problems.
