工艺分析是数控加工编程的前期准备工作,工艺分析考虑不周,往往会造成一些不必要的损失。本文首先分析了零件图,确定了加工内容,接着进行了工序的划分和确定了合理的加工路线,刀具的选择和切削用量的选择和工艺装备的选择,图样尺寸的标注,最后通过对典型零件的实例分析,阐述了数控加工零件的工艺制定过程。

Analysis on Numerical Control Processing of Parts

Processing analysis is the preparatory work of numerical control processing programming, ill-considered processing analysis often result in unnecessary losses. This paper firstly analyzes the parts diagram, determines the processing content, then divides processes and determine the reasonable processing route, chooses the tools, the amount of cutting and process equipment, callouts the pattern size, finally explains the making process of numerical control processing parts through the example analysis of a typical part.
