| Abstract: | Environmental resources in Shaanxi province are suffering from serious damage, which has seriously affected the development of people＇s production and life and the social economy. In order to change this situation, we must construct the new mechanism of environmental resource management, implementation of compensated use of emission rights and trading, and promote the harmonious development of Shaanxi＇s economy. |
