基于影像分析法的标准工时测定方法研究及应用

摘    要:本文在传统标准时间测定方法的基础上,把影像分析由动作研究扩展到时间研究领域,提出了一套新的测定标准时间的方法——影像分析法。本文建立了该方法的操作流程,介绍了影像制作标准以及评比人员培训方法,规范了速度评比系数、工作状态评比系数、作业难度评比系数三个修正系数的确定标准,并列举了实例计算演示方法的应用过程。

Abstract:On the basis of traditional standard time measurement method, a new method for measuring the standard time named image analysis method was proposed, which extends the image analysis from action domain to time domain. This paper illustrated the process of this new method, introduced the video production standards and training method of appraisal personnel. The determining standard of the comparison coefficient of speed, working condition and working difficulty was also regulated in this paper. Furthermore, a practical example was proposed to further demonstrate the application of this method.
