测试主机自检适配器系统设计

摘    要:本文在深入分析测控主机的结构及原理的基础上,明确测试任务以及测试流程,根据待测信号特征和指标设计测试功能电路,完成了测控主机的PXI-2204数据采集卡的AD测试、DA测试、DI/O测试、计数测试,RS232串口测试、警示灯电压测试、图像采集卡RTV-24测试。按照实际需要,充分考虑实用性、可操作性,完成了适配器的接口、外形设计及内部设置。利用LabWindows/CVI进行程序开发,采用虚拟仪器技术完成了测试功能界面,提供一个良好的人机交互环境。最后通过与测控主机连接测试,验证了自检适配器的有效性。

Abstract:On the basis of in-depth analysis of operating principle and structure of the host machine, this paper confirms test tasks and process, according to the signal features for the index design and test function circuit, completes the test of the host machine PXI-2204 data acquisition card's AD test, DA test, DUO test, counting test, RS232 serial test, warning lights voltage test, image acquisition card RTV-24 test. In practice, the design of interface, appearance and set-up inside for the adapter is completed. LabWindows/CVI is used for program development. The virtual instrument technology is used to finish the test function interface, which provides a good human-machine interaction environment. Finally through collecting with the host machine, this paper verifies the effectiveness of self-test adapter.
