| 摘 要： | 由于施工企业行业的特性,使施工企业的成本控制重点在于施工项目成本的管理。但由于各项目管理者成本管理认识的不同,采取的项目管理方法不同,信息透明度不够,致使成本管理不如人意。加强施工项目成本管理,是提升成本控制的有效方法,是加强企业自身竞争力的必要条件。

| Abstract: | Due to the characteristics of construction enterprises industry, the construction enterprise cost control is focused on the construction project cost management. But different project managers have different ideas of cost management, so they adopt different project management methods, and the information transparency is not enough, leading to bad result of cost management. To strengthen construction project cost management is one of the effective methods to improve the cost control, and is the necessary condition to enhance enterprise eompetitiveness. |
