| 摘 要： | 任职教育院校教员要以促进部队战斗力生成为目标,提高课堂教学质量。实际教学中,要根据培训学员的特点,充分激发学员在课堂上的思维活动。本文从课前教学准备、课堂授课实施和课后教学总结三个环节探讨了提高课堂教学质量,引导和激发学员主动参与教学的措施和做法。

| Abstract: | To improve the quality of class teaching, the teacher of military professional education must fully stimulate students thinking activity in the classroom. The paper discusses several measures and practices of improving the quality of class-teaching and inspiring students to actively participate in teaching, which includes three stages： teaching preparation, teaching implementation and teaching summary. |
