民办高校转型期中的教师职业发展特点及对策

摘    要:民办高校发展规模的不断扩大,我国相关政策对民办教育支持力度的增强、民办教学层次的提高,为民办高校教育的转型提供了内在的发展动力。在民办高校转型时期将更多地精力用在了研究学生、教学模式上,提出了"以人为本"的教学理念,但是却忽视了教师的职业发展人文关怀性,对此本文站在研究教师职业发展的角度,分析民办高校转型期教师职业发展的特点,以及民办教师在职业发展中存在的问题,并且针对这些问题提出一些科学的对策。

Characteristics and Countermeasures of Teachers Professional Development in Private Colleges Transformation Period

Abstract:The development scale of private colleges is expanding, the increasing support strength of China's relevant policies for private colleges and the improving private education levels offer inherent momentum for the transformation of education in private colleges. In the transformation period of private colleges, more energy were used in the research students and teaching mode, "people-oriented"teaching philosophy was proposed, but the professional development humane care of teachers was ignored, for this issue, this paper from the perspective of researching teacher professional development to analyze the characteristics and problems of teachers professional development in private colleges transformation period, and puts forward some countermeasures.
