基于结果导向教学的技能实训模式探析——以印刷专业为例

本文以乌鲁木齐职业大学印刷专业建设实品教学资源库为例,在资源库的建设过程中深化了校企合作体制机制的改革,共同构建了实品资源库的管理体系,共同设置专业课程的实训项目,实行了新的技能实训模式,并实行开放式办学。实品资源库的建设体现了校企共建、过程共管、人才共育,确保教学质量的整体提升。

Analysis on the Skills Training Mode Based on the Result Oriented Teaching：Taking Printing Specialty for Example

This article takes the construction of real product teaching repository of printing in Urumqi Vocational University as an example. In the process of the construction of the repository, the mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation system is deepened, and the real build the real repository management system is built.
